This project entailed a performance-driven SEO strategy for an e-commerce retailer specializing in premium incense and oud products in Saudi Arabia. The objective was to refine the site’s search presence, focusing on converting existing visibility into higher-quality traffic and improving rankings for high-intent commercial keywords within this spiritually and culturally significant niche.

The Challenge:
The site possessed solid visibility (363K impressions) but underperformed in engagement, with a low average CTR of 1.4% from an average position of 9.8. This indicated that while the site was being seen, its search listings were not compelling enough to win clicks in a competitive space.
